Return-Refund-Cancellation Policy

Dear Customer, if you’re considering a product return, please note the following:

All hand block printed and screen-printed products on Fabswadeshi are made by skilled artisans using traditional methods, often working from their small workshops. These crafts involve manual techniques where slight irregularities in prints, minor smudges, misalignments, or color variations are a natural part of the handmade process. Such characteristics are not defects but a reflection of the authenticity and charm of handcrafted printing.

Fabswadeshi is a marketplace that supports small artisan entrepreneurs, master printers, and craft collectives. As independent producers, they put in immense effort to create and deliver genuine handmade products. However, accepting returns can be especially challenging for them, as returned items comes back creased or handled—often cannot be resold, leading to significant losses. We request your understanding and support in respecting the value of their work.

Return Policy:

Fabswadeshi accepts returns only if a wrong product or damaged product is delivered. Exchanged are encouraged only on case-to-case basis and having genuine reason for such request. The product needs to be in unused, unwashed, and unsoiled condition with original folds and price tag intact.

Customers wishing to return or exchange, must intimate on [email protected] within 2 days of receipt of the product which is being returned or exchanged with supporting photos of the product mentioning the reason for return or exchange

• Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your request.
• Customers need to fold & pack the product neatly in the package and courier the product to the seller.
• Return pick-up can be arranged by Fabswadeshi as per confirmation on date & time by the customer.

Return pick-up will be attempted 2 times only. Customer will need to ship the product back on the below address in case of failed attempts:

Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to mail the product back to us.

Please note we do not offer return and exchange pick up facility for international orders.

International orders are shipped centrally from Fabswadeshi’s warehouse in Gurugram after stringent quality check and this eliminates any quality or product related issues.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of products in good condition. It may take up to 3 weeks after the product is dispatched to the seller. 

Fabswadeshi reserves the right to deny refund in case of soiled or damaged products.

Cancellation Policy:        

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Please provide valid reason for cancellation for us to consider your request. Cancellations are reviewed and accepted at the discretion of Fabswadeshi management.
